The Foundation appoints its first two volunteer expert Advisors

The Foundation has appointed its first two volunteer expert Advisors, Horst Abraham and Dr. Don Fisher. Horst is a founder of the Professional Ski Instructors Association (PSIA) as well as an inductee to the Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame. He is currently on the faculty of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business international Executive Management Program. Horst will bring tremendous industry knowledge and experience in advising the Foundation on strategic initiatives as well assistance in engaging industry leadership. .Don Fisher is a medical doctor nd Board-Certified specialist in Toxicology and Occupational and Environmental Diseases. He is also a member of the Wilderness Medicine Society and a very experienced recreational skier. Don’s experience with public health research and management as well as wilderness medicine will help to guide the Foundation’s research and safety improvement initiatives..
